Abstract
The increasing number of distribution substations is directly proportional to the need for their maintenance as well. One effort to achieve the ideal condition of maintaining the reliability of the electrical distribution system is by conducting inspections of these distribution substations. The inspection of distribution substations is a program of activities carried out regularly and holds a high position in terms of both function and the budget required. Reliability issues arise when the results of periodic inspections become the main constraint in maintaining reliability, leading to feeder disturbances due to installations at UID Jaya amounting to 14%, or equivalent to an ENS Loss of 0.69 GWh. In this, disturbances in the cubicle contribute significantly to feeder disturbances, resulting in increased SAIDI and financial losses through ENS (Energy Not Supplied) due to the lack of an early warning system capable of detecting and reporting in real time. The author aims to design an early detection system that can operate in real time and whose measurement results can be accessed anytime and anywhere using Arduino Nano, DHT11, Max4466 mic module, and ESP32. From the results of this study, it is known that the early detection system using Arduino Nano, DHT11, Max4466 mic module, and ESP32 has an error rate below 5% when compared with PLN's manual measuring tools. It can result in a reduction of SAIDI by 0.000159 hours/customer and 45.58 kWh at the CD42P substation if an inspection is conducted beforehand to prevent disturbances. Jumlah gardu distribusi yang terus bertambah maka berbanding lurus dengan gardu distribusi yang perlu dipelihara juga. Salah satu upaya untuk mencapai Kondisi Ideal menjaga keandalan sistem distribusi listrik dengan melakukan inspeksi gardu distribusi. Inspeksi gardu distribusi merupakan program kegiatan yang dilakukan secara berkala dan menempati kedudukan yang cukup tinggi baik dilihat dari fungsi maupun anggaran biaya yang diperlukan. Masalah keandalan terjadi ketika hasil inspeksi yang kita dapat secara periodik menjadi kendala utama dalam menjaga keandalan, sehingga gangguan penyulang akibat instalasi di UID jaya sebanyak 14% atau setara dengan ENS Loss 0,69 GWH yang didalam nya gangguan kubikel menjadi salah satu penyumbang terbesar gangguan penyulang yang mengakibatkan SAIDI meningkat dan kerugian secara finansial melalui ENS (Energy Not Supply) karena tidak adanya Early warning system yang mampu mendeteksi dini dan melaporkan secara realtime. Penulis bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pendeteksi dini yang dapat berjalan realtime dan dapat dilihat hasil ukurnya kapan pun dan dimana pun menggunakan Arduino Nano, DHT11, modul mic max4466 dan ESP32. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa sistem pendeteksi dini menggunakan Arduino Nano, DHT11, modul mic max4466dan ESP32 memiliki tingkat kesalahan di bawah 5% setelah dibandingkan dengan alat ukur manual milik PLN, dan dapat dihasilkan penurunan SAIDI sebesar 0,000159 jam/pelanggan dan 45,58 kwH pada gardu CD42P jika dilakukan inspeksi terlebih dahulu sebelum terjadinya gangguan.
