Abstract

Pada era globalisasi seperti saat ini, persaingan yang terjadi di dunia bisnis bukan hanya sekedar bagaimana meningkatkan penjualan terhadap barang atau jasa yang diperjualbelikan oleh perusahaan namun termasuk juga bagaimana upaya perusahaan dalam mengimplementasikan green human resources management dalam memenuhi komitmen perusahaan bagi keberlangsungan bisnis (corporate sustainability) yang akan datang. Dalam mengimplementasikan green human resources management secara serius agar dapat mengedepankan pemenuhan aspek aspek corporate sustainability, yaitu tree bottom line (TBL) dibidang ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan secara optimal dan konsisten dalam perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan harus mempunyai kemampuan untuk mengimplementasikan green human resources management dalam upaya mencapai komitmen sustainability yang sudah di targetkan untuk tahun 2030 dan 2040. Melihat fenomena implementasi green human resources management yang terjadi di perusahaan maka pentingnya proses sustainability untuk dapat diterapkan lebih maksimal di perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini, jenis penelitian yang diambil adalah kualitatif dan paradigma yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah post-positivisme. Paradigma ini merupakan metode untuk memandang bahwa sebab-sebab (faktor-faktor kausatif) sangat mungkin menentukan akibat atau hasil akhir dari fenomena yang terjadi di perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Kreasi Sukses Gemilang Pada bulan September 2023, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa konsultasi facility management. Pada penelitian ini peneliti melakukan wawancara dengan 4 (empat) informan yaitu Senior Director, Account Management, Country HR Advisory dan karyawan. Proses analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi NVivo 12 Plus dan hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah menemukan konsep model yang efektif dalam implementasi green human resources management sehingga mendukung corporate sustainability di PT Kreasi Sukses Gemilang. In implementing green human resources management seriously in order to prioritize the fulfillment of corporate sustainability aspects, namely the tree bottom line (TBL) in the economic, social and environmental fields optimally and consistently within the company. Therefore, companies must have the ability to implement green human resources management in an effort to achieve the sustainability commitments that have been targeted for 2030 and 2040. Seeing the phenomenon of implementing green human resources management that occurs in companies, it is important for the sustainability process to be implemented more optimally in company. In this research, the type of research taken is qualitative and the paradigm used by researchers is post-positivism. This paradigm is a method of viewing that causes (causative factors) are very likely to determine the consequences or final results of phenomena that occur in the company.
