Abstract
Logistics management is a cycle of activities starting from planning to evaluation which is interrelated with one another. To make a series of activities involving aspects of planning, procurement, receipt, storage, distribution, control, recording, deletion, monitoring, reporting and evaluation. PT. ICS Medika Lestari experienced problems recording transaction reports and logistical stock related to medicines and other medical device stocks because transaction and stock data management were done manually in books or notes. This research aims to create an application system that can help facilitate users in logistics operations, reduce paper usage, and reduce errors in the logistics data management process at PT. ICS Medika Lestari. This study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a waterfall approach, with stages of observation, interviews and literature studies in data collection. A web-based drug and medical equipment logistics system can facilitate operations in related work units because it has features that have been developed according to workflow and makes it easier to make inventory reports. In addition, there is a delivery order feature that contains reports in the form of travel documents and order invoices for customers. Key words: Medicine Logistic System, Medicine Stock, Stock Monitoring Web, Laravel. Pada perkembangan zaman saat ini, teknologi sangat diperlukan untuk segala jenis bidang. Salah satunya untuk pelayanan kesehatan. PT. ICS Medika Lestari mengalami kendala dalam proses melakukan pencatatan laporan transaksi dan stok logistik terkait obat-obatan dan stok alat kesehatan lainnya dikarenakan pengelolaan data transaksi dan stok dilakukan secara manual di buku atau nota. Tujuannya penelitian ini membuat sistem Aplikasi yang dapat membantu mempermudah user dalam operasional logistik dan untuk mengurangi penggunaan kertas serta menurangi kesalahan dalam proses pengelolaan data logistik di PT. ICS Medika Lestari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode,wawancara dan studi literatur dalam pengumpulan data. Dengan hasil sistem ini di PT. ICS Medika Lestari dapat membantu dalam mempermudah penyimpanan dan pendistribusian barang. Fitur-fitur yang telah dikembangkan sesuai dengan alur kerja seperti pengelolaan stok masuk dan stok keluar serta invoice, laporan persediaan barang dan delivery order yang memiliki laporan berbentuk surat jalan.
