Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dan menganalisa pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat kelurahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh pegawai di Kelurahan Pluit Jakarta Utara. Metode sampling menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi yang berjumlah 30 pegawai sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data yaitu penelitian ini adalah struktural equation model (SEM) yang berbasis varian Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan kerja, Kemampuan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai.This study aimed to analyze the influence and work discipline and the ability to work on the performance of the village. This study uses all employees in the Village Pluit, North Jakarta. The sampling method using saturated sampling technique by using all members of a population of 30 employees as a sample. Methods of data analysis that this study is a structural equation model (SEM) based variants Partial Least Square. The results showed that the work discipline positive effect on work ability. Work ability does not affect the performance of employees. The discipline of work have a positive influence on employee performance.
