Abstract

Given expected changes in global climate and water requirements, this could pose serious problems. According to the 2015 United Nations Climate Conference (UNFCCC, 2015 United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) mitigation of atmospheric CO is essential to reduce related environmental problems. Carbon capture and sequestration is of great interest to reduce carbon dioxide CO2 emissions from the atmosphere. However, for landscape cultivation, water resources are a problem for some regions in particular. Trees play an important role in fighting climate change. They absorb CO2 and some air pollutants, purify rainwater, prevent landslides, and absorb water pollutants (nitrate and phosphate runoff). The research technique combines SEM-PLS as a tool to process data from questionnaires and detect influential elements with Blockchain-Building Information Modeling (BIM) to test the improvement in cost performance of green retrofitting. According to test results, the use of BIM with blockchain technology can save retrofitting costs by 3.69% for Improved, 3.72% for Enhanced level, 4.39% for Superior level 4.92 for Conserving level and 5.17 Keywords : Green retrofitting, Carbon sequestration, Carbon capture, Wastewater recycling, Carbon emissions, Environmental impact blockchain-BIM, SEM-PLS, cost performance. Mengingat perubahan yang diharapkan dalam iklim global dan kebutuhan air, hal ini dapat menimbulkan masalah serius. Menurut Konferensi Iklim Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa 2015 ( UNFCCC, 2015 United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) mitigasi CO atmosfer sangat penting untuk mengurangi masalah lingkungan yang terkait Penangkapan dan penyerapan karbon sangat menarik untuk mengurangi karbon dioksida CO2 emisi dari atmosfer. Namun, untuk budidaya lanskap, sumber daya air menjadi masalah bagi beberapa daerah khususnya. Pohon memainkan peran penting dalam memerangi perubahan iklim. Mereka menyerap CO2 dan beberapa polutan udara, memurnikan air hujan, mencegah tanah longsor, dan menyerap polutan air (limpasan nitrat dan fosfat). Teknik penelitian menggabungkan SEM-PLS sebagai alat untuk memproses data dari kuesioner dan mendeteksi elemen yang berpengaruh dengan Blockchain-Building Information Modeling (BIM) untuk menguji peningkatan kinerja biaya perkuatan hijau. Menurut hasil pengujian, penggunaan BIM dengan teknologi blockchain dapat menghemat biaya perkuatan sebesar 3,69% untuk Improved, 3,72 % untuk tingkat Enhanced, 4,39% untuk tingkat Superior 4,92 Untuk di tingkat Conserving dan 5,17 Kata Kunci : Retrofit hijau, Penyerapan karbon, Penangkapan karbon, Air limbah daur ulang, Emisi karbon, Dampak lingkungan blockchain-BIM, SEM-PLS, kinerja biaya.
