Abstract

Along with the times, technology has developed very rapidly, especially in the field of computers, it is very helpful for employees and staff at the Pondok Labu Village Office in doing work so that they get maximum, efficient, and better results. serving the community and partners, namely by creating an information system with the help of a website-based computer for borrowing goods through a website that can help employees and staff facilitate their work. Unstructured manual recording is the background of the inefficient operation of an activity of borrowing goods at the Pondok Labu Village Office infrastructure, therefore a system was built that can help overcome these problems. The system created is a web-based loan application. The research was conducted by analyzing user needs and collecting data. The result of this research is an application that records the borrowing of goods and produces the reports needed in the infrastructure section of the Pondok Labu Village Office. Keywords: Application lending, lending system stuff Seiring dengan perkembangan jaman, teknologi mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat, khususnya dalam bidang komputer sangat membantu para pegawai dan staf- staf di Kantor Kelurahan Pondok Labu dalam melakukan pekerjaan sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal, efisien, dan lebih baik sebagai contoh adalah penerapannya di dalam bidang melayani masyarakat dan para mitra kerja yaitu dengan membuat sebuah sistem informasi dengan bantuan komputer berbasis website untuk peminjaman barang melalui sebuah website yang bisa membantu para pegawai dan staf-staf memudahkan pekerjaan nya. Pencatatan yang manual tidak terstuktur merupakan latar belakang dari kurang efısien berjalannya sebuah aktifıtas peminjaman barang pada sarana prasarana Kantor Kelurahan Pondok Labu, maka dari itu dibangunlah sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu mengatasi dari permasalahan tersebut. Sistem yang dibuat berupa aplikasi peminjaman barang berbasis web. Penelitian dilakukan dengan analisis kebutuhan user serta pengumpulan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi yang mencatat peminjaman barang dan menghasilkan laporan-laporan yang dibutuhkan di bagian sarana prasarana Kantor Kelurahan Pondok Labu.
