Abstract
Analisis Sistem Informasi Rekruitmen Dan Penempatan Pegawai Berbasis Metode Myers-Briggs Type Indicator yang dilakukan di Pusat Yayasan Pendidikan Ursulin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi sistem yang efektif dan efisien yang memanfaatkan metode MBTI guna meningkatkan proses rekrutmen dan penempatan pegawai di dalam organisasi. Metode MBTI digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi preferensi kepribadian individu berdasarkan empat dimensi utama: ekstrovert/introvert, sensing/intuition, thinking/feeling, dan judging/perceiving. Dengan memahami preferensi ini, organisasi dapat menyelaraskan proses rekrutmen dan penempatan dengan kebutuhan dan kesesuaian calon pegawai dengan tugas yang dihadapi. Dalam analisis perancangan sistem ini, poin utama meliputi analisis kebutuhan organisasi, identifikasi kompetensi yang diinginkan, pengumpulan data kepribadian melalui tes MBTI, serta implementasi algoritma untuk mencocokkan profil kepribadian dengan posisi pekerjaan yang tersedia. Setiap tag soft competence yang melekat pada jabatan diperbandingkan dengan tag soft competence yang menjadi potensi dari setiap tipe kepribadian berdasarkan MBTI. Selain itu, sistem ini juga mencakup modul pelatihan yang disesuaikan dengan preferensi kepribadian individu, sehingga memfasilitasi pengembangan pegawai sesuai dengan potensi masing-masing. Dengan mengimplementasikan sistem ini, diharapkan terjadi peningkatan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses rekrutmen dan penempatan pegawai di Pusat Yayasan Pendidikan Ursulin dan membantu menentukan kesesuaian antara calon pegawai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang ada, serta memperhatikan preferensi kepribadian individu untuk pengembangan pegawai yang lebih baik. Sistem informasi dianalisis melalui penghitungan validitas dan reliabilitas dengan berfokus pada Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, dan Facilitating Conditions yang diadopsi dari teori Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology. Recruitment Information System Analysis and Placement of Employees Based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Method conducted at the Ursuline Education Foundation Center. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of an effective and efficient system that utilizes the MBTI method to improve the process of recruitment and placement of employees in organizations. The MBTI method is used to identify individual personality preferences based on four main dimensions: extrovert/introvert, sensing/intuition, thinking/feeling, and judging/perceiving. By understanding these preferences, organizations can align their recruitment and placement processes with the needs and suitability of prospective employees for the task at hand. In the analysis of the design of this system, the main points include analyzing organizational needs, identifying desired competencies, collecting personality data through the MBTI test, and implementing algorithms to match personality profiles with available job positions. In addition, this system also includes training modules that are tailored to individual personality preferences, thereby facilitating the development of employees according to their individual potential. Each soft competence tag attached to a position is compared with the soft competence tag which is the potential of each personality type based on the MBTI. By implementing this system, it is hoped that there will be an increase in the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment and placement process at the Ursuline Education Foundation Center and help determine the suitability of prospective employees with existing duties and responsibilities, as well as pay attention to individual personality preferences for better employee development. Information systems are analyzed through calculating validity and reliability by focusing on Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions which are adopted from the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology.
