Abstract

The research aims to identity the influence of Brand Image, Service Quality, and Price Perception towards Using Decision expedition service at PT. Global JET Express. The subjects in this study were consumer who knows and used delivery service at PT. Global JET Express. The sample used in this study was 195 respondents. The sampling technique using a purposive sampling. By using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study showed Brand Image has a significant and positive effect on Decision to use. Service Quality has significant and positive effect on Decision to use, Price Perception has a significant and positive effect on Decision to use. Keyword :Brand Image, Service Quality, Price Perception, Using Decision, Delivery Service, Expedition Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Brand Image, Service Quality, dan Persepsi Harga terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan Jasa Pengiriman PT. Global JET Express. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang mengetahui dan pernah menggunakan jasa pengiriman PT. Global JET Express. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 195 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan. Service Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan. Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan. Kata Kunci : Brand Image, Service Quality, Persepsi Harga, Keputusan Menggunakan, Jasa Pengiriman, Ekspedisi.
