Abstract
Information Technology Governance (IT Governance) is the process used to monitor and control information technology capability decisions to ensure the delivery of value to key stakeholders in an organization. In this study, an analysis was carried out on the Banten College of Health Sciences (STIKES Banten) to find out information technology governance that was carried out using COBIT 5. COBIT 5 (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) is a framework used for information technology governance (IT Governance) which was developed by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and the IT Governance Institute (ITGI). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the capability level of information technology governance conditions at STIKES Banten based on the COBIT 5 framework, especially in the process domain EDM01 (Ensure Governance Framework Setting and Maintenance), EDM04 (Ensure Resource Optimization), APO13 (Manage Security), and DSS05 (Manage Security Services). The stages in this research are problem identification, literature review, data collection, data processing and recommendations. Data collection was carried out in 3 ways, namely observation, interviews and questionnaires. Keywords: IT Governance, Framework COBIT 5, STIKES Banten Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi adalah proses yang digunakan untuk memantau dan mengendalikan keputusan kapabilitas teknologi informasi untuk memastikan pengiriman nilai kepada pemangku kepentingan utama dalam suatu organisasi. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis terhadap Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Banten (STIKES Banten) untuk mengetahui tata Kelola teknologi informasi yang dilakukan menggunakan COBIT 5. COBIT 5 (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) adalah sebuah framework yang digunakan untuk tata kelola teknologi informasi (IT Governance) yang dikembangkan oleh Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) dan IT Governance Institute (ITGI). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi tingkat kapabilitas kondisi tata kelola teknologi informasi pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Banten berdasarkan framework COBIT 5, khususnya pada domain proses EDM01 (Ensure Governance Framework Setting and Maintenance), EDM04 (Ensure Resource Optimization), APO13 (Manage Security), dan DSS05 (Manage Security Services). Tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah identifikasi masalah, Literature review, pengumpulan data, pengolahan data dan rekomendasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dalam 3 cara yaitu observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Kata kunci: IT Governance, Framework COBIT 5, STIKES Banten
