Abstract
Satu diantara banyaknya sebuah alasan untuk bekerja yaitu untuk mendapatkan karir. Tetapi diantara setiap orang memiliki karir yang berbeda-beda. Dan dalam perjalanan karir seseorang terdapat beberapa hambatan. Terkait faktor yang dapat menghambat karir seseorang diantaranya adalah dorongan seorang pemimpin, kurangnya Insentif di dalam lingkungan kerja pada suatu perusahaan. Maka itu penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 40 karyawan di PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Model-Parial Least Square (SEMPLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan insentif memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinjera karyawan PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara. One of the many reasons to work is to get a career. But everyone has a different career. And in one's career path there are several obstacles. Related factors that can hinder a person's career include the encouragement of a leader, lack of motivation, and a sense of comfort in the work environment at a company. So this research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the Influence of Leadership and Incentives on Employee Performance at PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara. The sample of this research is 40 employees at PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara. The data collection method uses a survey, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. This study uses the Structural Equation Model-Parial Least Square (SEMPLS) data analysis technique. This research proves that leadership not have a significant effect on employee performance and incentive has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara
