Abstract

Penelitian ini mengetahui Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir, Kompensasi Non Finansial, dan Work Family Conflict terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Pusat unit Assurance. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Pusat. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja di PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Pusat unit Assurance sebanyak 148 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 108 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai original sampel sebesar 0.306 dan nilai TStatistik sebesar 2.085, Kompensasi Non Finansial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai original sebesar 0.309 dan nilai T-Statistik sebesar 3.948, dan Work Family Conflict terhadap Kinerja Karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai original sebesar 0,392 dan nilai T-Statistik sebesar 2,837. This research determines the Effect of Career Development, Non-Financial Compensation, and Work Family Conflict on Employee Performance at PT. Telkom Assurance Unit Access Central Jakarta. The subjects in this study were employees who worked at PT. Telkom Access Central Jakarta. The population in this study are all workers at PT. Telkom Access Central Jakarta Assurance unit with 148 employees. The sample used in this study was 108 respondents. This study used a random sampling technique. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with an original sample value of 0.306 and a T-Statistic value of 2.085, Non-Financial Compensation on Employee Performance has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with an original value of 0.309 and a T-value The statistic is 3.948, and Work Family Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with an original value of 0.392 and a T-Statistics value of 2.837.
