Abstract
ABSTRACT The study was conducted on the employees of PT. Jakson Niagatama Jakarta to determine the effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation to turnover intention simultaneously or partially. This type of research is a explanatory research with a quantitative approach and using questionnaires. This study used a sample of 44 employees. Data analysis technique of this research is descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. Test results t test value shows that a significant difference between the financial compensation and non-financial compensation simultaneously or jointly against turnover intention. T test results stating significant point of two independent variables that support the hipothesys. Therefore, the accepted assumption is, there is influence between financial compensation and non financial compensation to employees turnover possibility of PT. Jakson Niagtama Jakarta. Jakson Niagatama Jakarta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap kemungkinan turnover secara simultan atau parsial. Jenis penelitian adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 44 karyawan.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil Uji t yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial secara simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap kemungkinan turnover. Hasil Uji t menyatakan signifikansi 2 variabel independen yang mendukung hipotesis. Oleh karena itu hipotesis yang diterima adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap kemungkinan turnover karyawan kantor pusat PT. Jakson Niagatama Jakarta. Kata kunci: Kompensasi Finansial, Kompensasi Non Finansial, Turnover Intention
