Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to know the influence of ERP implementation and user expertise towards on information quality. The Object for this research are employers who work at one of pipe distributors that located in Jakarta, PT. XYZ. This research was done to 50 respondents by using quatitative-descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The result of this research shows that either simultaneously or partially, the variable of ERP implementation and user expertise influence information quality of the company. It has been proven from the result of (f) simoultant test and the result of (t) partial shows significant point of two independent variables that support the hipothesys. Therefore, the accepted assumption is, there is influence between ERP implementation and user expertise to information quality of PT XYZ. Keywords: ERP Implemetation, ERP, user expertise, information quality ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penerapan ERP dan Keahlian Pemakai terhadap Kualitas Informasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja pada salah satu distributor pipa yang berlokasi di Jakarta, yaitu PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel penerapan ERP dan keahlian pemakai berpengaruh terhadap kualitas informasi pada PT. XYZ. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikansi dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu, hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel penerapan ERP dan keahlian pemakai terhadap kualitas informasi pada PT. XYZ.
