Abstract
In the implementation of projects in the field, there may be obstacles that cause delays in a project. So project control is needed so that the project continues as planned. In the Bandung Station Skybridge Construction Project, there was a delay in the 35th week of - 3.395%. The purpose of this study was to determine the estimated completion of the project using the Earned Value and Time Cost Trade Off methods. The research was conducted by conducting a literature study and collecting secondary project data followed by analysis and discussion. Based on the results of the discussion based on the 35th week of performance, it is estimated that the project will be completed at a cost of Rp. 26,791,510,980 and a completion time of 272 days, resulting in a delay of 2 days with a settlement cost due to a fine of Rp. 26,853,614,366. If the alternative is to increase working hours using the Time Cost Trade Off method, it is estimated that the project will be completed at a cost of Rp. 26,755,323,895 and a completion time of 253 days. So that the costs incurred are Rp98,290,471 more efficient and the turnaround time is 19 days faster. Keywords : Cost, Crashing, Earned Value, Performance, Time Cost Trade Off, Time Dalam pelaksanaan proyek di lapangan terdapat kemungkinan terjadi kendala yang menyebabkan terhambatnya suatu proyek. Maka dibutuhkan pengendalian proyek agar proyek tetap berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Dalam Proyek Pembangunan Skybridge Stasiun Bandung terjadi keterlambatan pada minggu ke-35 sebesar -3,395 %. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perkiraan penyelesaian proyek dengan metode Earned Value dan Time Cost Trade Off. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan studi pustaka dan pengumpulan data sekunder proyek yang dilanjutkan dengan analisis dan pembahasan. Hasil pembahasan berdasarkan kinerja minggu ke-35 diperkirakan proyek selesai dengan biaya Rp26.791.510.980 dan waktu penyelesaian 272 hari, sehingga terjadi keterlambatan 2 hari dengan biaya penyelesaian akibat denda Rp26.853.614.366. Jika dilakukan alternatif penambahan jam kerja dengan metode Time Cost Trade Off diperkirakan proyek selesai dengan biaya Rp26.755.323.895 dan waktu penyelesaian 253 hari. Sehingga biaya yang dikeluarkan lebih hemat Rp98.290.471 dan waktu penyelesaian lebih cepat 19 hari. Kata kunci : Biaya, Earned Value, Kinerja, Percepatan, Time Cost Trade Off, Waktu
