Abstract

Building projects are currently quite a lot of infrastructure infrastructure, starting from the construction of hospitals, hotels, apartments, schools, government buildings and buildings for other purposes. The construction that will be carried out is Jampangkulon Hospital in Sukabumi Regency starting on November 23, 2020 until June 20, 2021. Over time the construction project for this RSUD has been delayed. Based on the S-Curve data in the 5th week of delays in implementation of 0.85% to the 14th of 17.85% of the progress should be 39.41%, it is feared that the Jampangkulon Hospital construction project will experience delays at the end of the planned schedule and the contractor will suffer huge losses, for that there needs to be an evaluation of the implementation of the development so that the contractor can complete the next cost and time so that the project is carried out and completed properly. By using the Earned Value Analysis method, the ongoing project can be estimated at the cost and time to complete the remaining work so that it is known or the loss that will be experienced by the contractor in the future in the Jampangkulon Hospital construction project. After processing using Earned Value Analysis, the research results obtained to complete the work requiring additional time for SEAC = 36.91 weeks (7 weeks longer than planned) with swelling of BEAC = 32,482,199,224.25 (Rp 11,388,562,386.66 more) plan) or the budget swells by 53.99%. Keywords: Value obtained, time performance, cost performance Proyek bangunan gedung merupakan proyek infrastruktur yang cukup banyak jumlahnya saat ini, dimulai dari pembangunan rumah sakit, hotel, apartemen, sekolah, bangunan pemerintah maupun gedung untuk peruntukan lainnya. Pembangunan yang akan diteliti yaitu RSUD Jampangkulon yang berada di Kabupaten Sukabumi diawali tanggal 23 November 2020 sampai dengan 20 Juni 2021. Seiring berjalannya waktu pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan RSUD ini mengalami keterlambatan. Berdasarkan data Kurva-S pada minggu ke-5 mengalami keterlambatan pelaksanaan sebesar 0.85% sampai pada minggu ke 14 sebesar 17.85% dari progress rencana seharusnya 39.41%, dikwatirkan proyek pembangunan RSUD Jampangkulon akan mengalami keterlambatan pada akhir jadwal rencana dan kontraktor mengalami kerugian yang besar, untuk itu perlu adanya evaluasi kinerja pelaksanaan pembangunan sehingga kontraktor dapat mengendalian biaya dan waktu pekerjaan selanjutnya supaya proyek tersebut tetap terlaksana dan terselesaikan dengan baik. Dengan menggunakan metode Earned Value Analysis, proyek yang berlangsung dapat diperkiraan besar biaya dan lama waktu untuk penyelesaian sisa pekerjaan proyek sehingga diketahui keuntungan atau kerugian yang akan dialami Kontraktor dimasa depan pada proyek pembangunan RSUD Jampangkulon tersebut. Setelah dilakukan pengolahan menggunakan Earned Value Analysis didapat hasil penelitian untuk menyelesaiakan pekerjaan membutuhkan tambahan waktu selama SEAC = 36,91 minggu (7 minggu lebih lama dari rencana) dengan pembengkakan biaya sebesar BEAC = 32.482.199.224,25 (Rp 11.388.562.386,66 lebih besar dari rencana) atau anggarannya membengkak 53,99%.
