Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui PENGARUH JOB INSECURITY TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION PADA PEGAWAI (PJLP) DI SUKU DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP JAKARTA SELATAN. Penelitian ini melibatkan 200 pegawai PJLP di Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Jakarta Selatan dengan kriteria responden merupakan pegawai yang memiliki masa kerja minimal satu tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data dengan uji Regresi Linier Sederhana menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Job insecurity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Pegawai PJLP di Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Jakarta Selatan. Kata Kunci: Job Insecurity, Turnover Intention ABSTRACT This study was to determine the effect of Job Insecurity on Turnover Intention of employees Other Service Providers (PJLP) for the South Jakarta Environmental Agency. This research involved 200 PJLP employees at the South Jakarta Environmental Sub-Department with with the criteria of the respondent being a employees having a minimum period of more than one year. The method of determining the sample in this study using convenience sampling and this study used quantitative methods. Method of data collection using a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis with a Simple Linear Regression test using SPSS version 25. This study proves that job insecurity has a significant effect on Turnover Intention for PJLP Employees at the South Jakarta Environment Agency. Keywords: Job Insecurity, Turnover Intention
