Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat hubungan antara stres kerja dengan resiliensi karyawan pada karyawan di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan variabel yang diteliti yaitu Stres Kerja dan Resiliensi. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 karyawan yang bekerja di Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan secara daring dengan teknik sampling menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara stres kerja dengan resiliensi karyawan di Jakarta. Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Resiliensi This study aims to see if there is a relationship between work stress and employee resilience in employees in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with the variables studied, namely Job Stress and Resilience. The sample size was 200 employees who work in Jakarta. Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed online with sampling techniques using convenience sampling. The results obtained from this study are that there is a significant negative relationship between job stress and employee resilience in Jakarta. Keywords: Job Stress, Resilience
