Abstract

PT. Alkagra SeniGlass is engaged in the interior and exterior design of glass where the main raw material is glass, this causes work in this field to have a very high risk of work accidents, considering that the glass material is very fragile and sharp and in its implementation there will be interactions between humans, equipment, materials, and an environment that has the potential for the risk of work accidents. Every activity that involves human, machine and material factors and goes through the stages of the process has a hazard risk with a different level of risk that allows occupational accidents and diseases to occur. The risk of accidents and occupational diseases is caused by the existence of sources of danger such as physical, chemical, biological, physiological, psychosocial factors, work equipment and human behavior and conditions which are risk factors for work activities in the workplace that cannot be ignored. Good occupational health and safety risk management will have a positive impact on increasing company productivity. Therefore this research is important in an effort to identify the extent to which occupational safety and health management has been implemented in the operations of PT Alkagra SeniGlass. This study will examine risk identification, risk assessment and risk control measures to minimize work accidents based on the results of the highest risk category. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires with respondents at the company. The method of analysis used is descriptive using the SPSS program. Various potential hazards and risks of work accidents during the manufacture and installation of glass include inconvenience to workers, workers slipping or falling, injured hands from residual material and bruises when holding the drill rotation and the glass header slips as a result the glass falls and breaks. Therefore, to prevent and reduce the occurrence of work accidents, it is recommended, among other things: to be given motivation to workers so that they can adjust to the work environment, to be given a danger sign or warning that the area is slippery, to supervise the completeness of the use of personal protective equipment used by workers, and Perform routine inspections for work tools before use. Alkagra SeniGlass bergerak dibidang design interior dan exterior kaca dimana bahan baku utamanya adalah kaca, hal ini menyebabkan pekerjaan dibidang ini memiliki tingkat risiko kecelakaan kerja yang sangat tinggi, mengingat material kaca sangat rapuh dan tajam serta didalam pelaksanaannya akan terjadi interaksi antara manusia, peralatan, bahan, dan lingkungan yang berpotensi terhadap risiko kecelakaan kerja. Setiap aktifitas yang melibatkan faktor manusia, mesin dan bahan serta melalui tahap – tahap proses memiliki risiko bahaya dengan tingkat risiko yang berbeda – beda yang memungkinkan terjadinya kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja. Risiko kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja tersebut disebabkan karena adanya sumber – sumber bahaya seperti, faktor fisik, kimia, biologik, fisiologik, psikososial, peralatan kerja dan perilaku serta kondisi manusia yang merupakan faktor risiko dari aktifitas kerja di tempat kerja yang tidak dapat diabaikan begitu saja. Pengelolaan yang baik terhadap risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja akan memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan produktifitas perusahaan. Oleh karena itu kajian ini menjadi penting dalam upaya mengidentifikasi sejauh mana manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja telah diterapkan dalam operasional PT Alkagra SeniGlass. Pada penelitian ini akan diteliti mengenai identifikasi risiko K3 , penilaian risiko K3 serta bagaimana tindakan pengendalian terhadap risiko K3 guna meminimalisir kecelakaan kerja berdasarkan hasil kategori risiko tertinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner dengan responden pada perusahaan. Metode analisis yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif dengan mengguna: kan program SPSS. Berbagai potensi bahaya dan risiko kecelakaan kerja selama pabrikasi dan pemasangan kaca antara lain ketidaknyamanan pada pekerja, pekerja terpleset atau terjatuh, tangan terluka terkena sisa material dan memar saat menahan putaran bor dan kop kaca merosot akibatnya kaca jatuh dan pecah. Oleh karena itu untuk mencegah dan mengurangi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja maka direkomendasikan antara lain : diberikan motivasi kepada pekerja supaya dapat menyesuaikan diri pada lingkungan kerja, diberikan tanda bahaya atau peringatan bahwa area licin, dilakukan pengawasan terhadap kelengkapan pemakaian alat pelindung diri yang digunakan oleh pekerja, dan dilakukan pemeriksaan rutin untuk alat kerja sebelum digunakan.
