Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi, pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk Kantor Pusat Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk Kantor Pusat Jakarta berjumlah 993 karyawan, dengan total sampel sebanyak 95 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif kausalitas. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang berkaitan dengan penelitian variabel, dengan metode teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah program Software Statistik Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) Versi 3. Hasil penelitian dalam studi ini menemukan bahwa promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pelatihan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengembangan sumber daya manusia tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kemudian secara bersama-sama promosi, pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 53,2% terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk Kantor Pusat Jakarta. The results of this study found that promotion had a positive significant effect on employee performance, training had an insignificant effect on employee performance and development had an insignificant effect on employee performance and then together promotion, training and human resource development together had a significant effect of 53.2% on employee performance Head Office PT.
