Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi,budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja dan dampaknya terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 160 karyawan produksi PT lnti Prima Rasadi tahun 2022 .Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 60 karyawan.metode Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Adapun pertimbangan yang dilakukan adalah responden merupakan karyawan produksi PT Inti Prima Rasa.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner.Mtode analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif.Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadapkepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi,Budaya Organisasi,Lingkunga Kerja Kepuasan Kerja,Karyawan ABSTRACK This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation, organizational culture and work environment and their impact on employee job satisfaction. The population in this research is 160 production employees of PT lnti Prima Rasa in 2022. The sample used is 60 employees. Method The sampling technique in the research uses purposive sampling technique, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations. The considerations made were that the respondents were production employees of PT Inti Prima Rasa. The data collection method used a survey method with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical techniques. This research proves that motivation has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Organizational culture has an influence significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. The work environment has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction.
