Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya, PT. Suryaraya Rubberindo Industries harus memiliki sumberdaya manusia yang berkualitas baik agar dapat memenuhi setiap pesanan dari para konsumen, dapat memenuhi target yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan, dan dapat mendukung pertumbuhan kinerja perusahaan. Diketahui berdasarkan data pada saat ini perusahaan memiliki fenomena yaitu kinerja karyawan karena kurangnya kedisiplinan karyawan sehingga mengakibatkan ketidakstabilan dan penurunan jumlah produksi. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 150 karyawan. Teknik sampel dari populasi dalam penelitan ini dengan menggunakan teknik Probability sampling dengan jenis Random sampling adalah teknik untuk menentukan sampel dari populasi yang secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi sampai jumlah yang diinginkan yaitu 30. Desain penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kausal. Berdasarkan rumus masalah beserta analisis data dan pembahasan yang dikemukakan pada bab sebelumnya, maka dapat dikemukakan beberapa kesimpulan penelitian yaitu Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, artinya jika Disiplin Kerja meningkat maka Kinerja Karyawan PT. Suryaraya Rubberindo Industries akan menjadi baik. Tedapat pengaruhf signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, artinya jika kompensasi yang diberikan sepadan maka Kinerja Karyawan PT. Suryaraya Rubberindo Industries akan menjadi baik. Kata kunci: Disiplin karyawan, Kompensasi, Kinerja karyawan ABSTRACT In developing its business, PT. PT. SuryarayaRubberindo Industries must have good quality human resources in order to fulfill every order from consumers, can meet the targets set by the company, and can support the growth of the company's performance.It is known based on data at this time that the company has a phenomenon, namely employee performance due to lack of employee discipline, resulting in instability and a decrease in the amount of production. The population of this study was 150 . The sampling technique of the population in this study using the Probability sampling technique with the type of Random sampling is a technique to determine the sample of the population randomly without regard to the strata present in the population until the desired number is 30. The research design used by the authors in this study used causal research.Based on the problem formula along with data analysis and discussion stated in the previous chapter, several research conclusions can be stated, namely There is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance, meaning that if Work Discipline increases, the Performance of PT. SuryarayaRubberindo Industries will be good.There is a significant influence between compensation on Employee Performance, meaning that if the compensation given is commensurate, the Performance of PT.
