Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Inabata Creation Indonesia. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 132 karyawan. Dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 karyawan pada PT Inabata Creation Indonesia. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik proportional random sampling (sampel proporsi). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance. The objects in this study are employees of PT Inabata Creation Indonesia. The population of this research is 132 employees. And the sample used was 60 employees at PT Inabata Creation Indonesia. The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
