Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian Final Assembly 1 PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia sebanyak 95 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan dengan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian direkomendasikan kepada PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia untuk perbaikan fasilitas peredam suara bising, memberikan program peningkatan keserasian antar karyawan seperti program gathering dan memberikan program training kepada karyawannya agar memiliki pengalaman kerja sehingga meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Pengalaman Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, work discipline, and work experience on employee productivity at PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia. This research design uses a causal research design. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with the population in this study being all employees of PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia's Final Assembly 1 as many as 95 respondents. The instrument used with the questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the work environment, work discipline, and work experience had a significant positive effect on employee work productivity. From the results of the research it is recommended to PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia to improve noise reduction facilities, provide programs to increase harmony among employees such as gathering programs and provide training programs for employees to have work experience so as to increase work productivity.
