Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Tosumi Prima Perkasa sebanyak 30 karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini teknik yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Selanjutnya, data diolah melalui SmartPLS versi 3 serta Metode Analisis Data dengan PLS-SEM. Akhirnya, Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kayawan; motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and motivation on employee performance. The population in this study are employees of PT. Tosumi Prima Perkasa as many as 30 employees. In this study the technique used is saturated samples. The data collection method uses a survey method with data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires. Furthermore, the data was processed using SmartPLS version 3 and the Data Analysis Method with PLS-SEM. Finally, the results of this study conclude that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance; motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.
