Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhdadap kinerja karyawan dengan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 260 karyawan PT Pos Indonesia KCU Bekasi. Sampel yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 50 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Teknik yang digunakan adalah probalility sampling dan metode sampel yang digunakan simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Selanjutnya, data diolah melalui SmartPLS versi 3 serta Metode Analisis Data dengan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja; Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan serta Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kemudian Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui mediasi Disiplin Kerja. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance with work discipline as a mediating variable. The population in this study amounted to 260 employees of PT Pos Indonesia KCU Bekasi. The sample used in the study amounted to 50 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The technique used is probalility sampling and the sample method used is simple random sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method with data collection in the form of a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data is processed through SmartPLS version 3 and the Data Analysis Method with PLSSEM. The results of this study concluded that Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline; Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Then Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through mediation of Work Discipline. Keywords: Motivation, Employee Performance, Work Discipline
