Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian iniadalah 49 karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini teknik yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statiscal Product and Service Solutions 26 penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa adanya pengaruh stress kerja yang berpengaruh negative dan signifikan. Komitmen organisasi yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata Kunci : stress kerja, komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and organizational commitment on employee performance. The population in this study were 49 employees. In this study the technique used is saturated samples. The data collection method uses a survey method with data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires. The methodof data analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solutions 26 this study proves that there is a negative and significant effect of work stress.
