Abstract
ABSTRAK Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karywan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 67 responden karyawan dengan menggunakan pendeketan kuantitatif dan desain penelitian kasual. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan untuk menentukan sampel yaitu Non-Probability Sampling. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan sampel yaitu dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Stastical Product and Service Solutions 26. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa adanya pengaruh motivasi kerja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study was 67 employee respondents using a quantitative approach and casual research design. The sampling technique used to determine the sample is Non-Probability Sampling. The method used to determine the sample is by using a saturated sample. The data collection method uses a survey method, with a questionnaire research instrument. The data analysis method uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions 26. This research proves that there is a positive and significant effect on work motivation on employee performance.
