Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, komunikasi, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sinar Sukses Impian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 49 karyawan PT. Sinar Sukses Impian. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh jumlah karyawan sebanyak 49 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan menggunakan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions versi 26. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Komunikasi, Kompetensi, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, communication, and competence on employee performance at PT. Sinar Sukses Impian. The population in this study was 49 employees of PT. Sinar Sukses Impian. The sample used was the entire number of employees as many as 49 employees. The sampling method used is saturated sampling. The data collection method uses the survey method, using the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions version 26. This research proves that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
