Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Norita Flexindo Cileungsi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 orang responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS 26 dengan alat analisis SPSS 26. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Sumber Daya Manusia, Stres Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance. The object of research is employees of PT. Norita Flexindo Cileungsi. This study was conducted on 60 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection method using the survey method with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses SPSS 26 with the SPSS 26 analysis tool. This study proves that work stress does not have a significant effect on employee performance, discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, and the environment has a significant effect on employee performance.
