Abstract
Order fulfillment is a process that involves several activities performed by different sections as well as the interdependence between tasks, resources and parties involved in the process. The order fulfillment company's performance in January to December 2016 not achieve optimally. Indication non-fulfillment of orders is insufficient raw materials at the right time and the high uncollectible accounts receivable resulting cash flow uninterrupted. The purpose of this study is to map out the order fulfillment business processes that are currently running (as is), order fulfillment business process redesign (to be) and analyze the important criteria the selection of IT software / ERP to support integration between the parts involved in the order fulfillment process. The method used in this study is the business process redesign for supply chain integration and analysis software selection criteria for IT / ERP with Analytic Heirarcy Process (AHP). Order fulfillment process time before redesign (as is) 18 working days after redesign business process 11 working days. The five main criteria for consideration in selecting software company IT / ERP is an annual software maintenance fees (annual cost), the cost of increasing software (upgrade), considerations in preparing the software capabilities (reporting), easy to use and training & documentation. Pemenuhan pesanan merupakan proses yang melibatkan beberapa kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh bagian berbeda serta saling ketergantungan antara tugas, sumber daya dan pihak yang terlibat dalam proses. Kinerja perusahaan dalam memenuhi pesanan periode Januari sampai dengan Desember 2016 tidak dapat dipenuhi secara optimal. Indikasi tidak terpenuhinya pesanan ialah tidak mencukupinya bahan baku pada waktu yang tepat dan tingginya piutang usaha tak tertagih sehingga menyebabkan cash flow terganggu. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah memetakan proses bisnis pemenuhan pesanan yang saat ini berjalan (as is), redesain proses bisnis pemenuhan pesanan (to be) dan menganalisis kriteria penting pemilihan software IT/ERP untuk mendukung integrasi antar bagian yang terlibat dalam proses pemenuhan pesanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah business process redesign for supply chain integration dan analisis kriteria pemilihan software IT/ERP dengan Analytic Heirarcy Process (AHP). Waktu proses pemenuhan pesanan saat ini (as is) ialah 18 (delapan belas) hari kerja setelah redesain proses bisnis (to be) waktu proses pemenuhan pesanan 11 (sebelas) hari kerja. Lima kriteria utama yang menjadi pertimbangan perusahaan dalam memilih software IT/ERP ialah biaya pemeliharaan software tahunan (annual cost), biaya peningkatan software (upgrade), pertimbangan kemampuan software dalam penyajian laporan (reporting), pertimbangan kemudahan dalam mengaplikasikan program dan pertimbangan pelatihan & dokumentasi.
