Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi yang dijadikan objek dalam penelitian yaitu karyawan PT Kemas Indah Maju bagian produksi dan penjualan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 70 responden. Sampel penelitian untuk 70 Karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Desain penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan penelitian kausal. Metode pungumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian kuesioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variable Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The population used as the object of the research is all employees of PT Kemas Indah Maju using a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample used in the study amounted to 70 respondents. Research sample for 70 employees. Sampling method using simple random sampling. The design of this research is using causal research. The data collection method uses a survey method, with a questionnaire research instrument. The data analysis method in this study uses the PLS SEM analysis tool. The results of this study prove that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
