Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Stress kerja, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 53 karyawan PT.PP Presisi Cilegon. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 53 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square 3.0 . Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Stress kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja,motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasn kerja. Kata Kunci : Stress Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, motivation and work environment on job satisfaction. The population in this study was 53 employees of PT. PP Precision Cilegon. The sample used was 53 employees. The sampling method uses saturated sampling. The data collection method uses the survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square 3.0. This study proves that work stress has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction.
