Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin, motivasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Penyandang Disabilitas Sensorik Rungu Wicara Melati. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Penyandang Disabilitas Sensorik Rungu Wicara Melati. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis software PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif namun dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation, and work stress on employee performance at Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Penyandang Disabilitas Sensorik Rungu Wicara Melati. The object of this research is the employee who work at Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Penyandang Disabilitas Sensorik Rungu Wicara Melati. This research was conducted on 40 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of the sample size using a saturated sample technique, namely taking the entire population. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used the PLS 3.0 software analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive effect and not significant on employee performance, work motivation has a positive effect and not significant on employee performance, work stress has a negative effect and significant on employee performance.
