Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menguji Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi dan Beban kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di CV. Rizky Jaya Food. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0 untuk menguji hipotesis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner yang berisi daftar pernyataan mengenai setiap variable yang diteliti. Dalam melakukan penelitian, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh sebanyak 40 responden karyawan yang bekerja di CV. Rizky Jaya Food. Instrumen penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas untuk uji Outer Model (Model Pengukuran) dan Inner Model (Model Struktural) yang bersumber dari SEM PLS. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1). Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; 2). Motivasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak sigifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; 3). Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, Beban Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study examines the effect of work discipline, motivation and workload on employee performance at CV. Rizky Jaya Food. This research method uses quantitative method, carried out using the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool to test the hypothesis. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method which contained a list of statements regarding each variable studied. In conducting the research, the researcher used a saturated sampling technique of 40 employee respondents working at CV. Rizky Jaya Food. The research instruments in this study were validity and reliability tests for the Outer Model (Measurement Model) and Inner Model (Structural Model) tests which were sourced from the PLS SEM. Data analysis techniques with descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study are: 1). Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; 2). Motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance; 3). Workload has no effect positive and is not significant on Employee Performance.
