Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Dampaknya pada Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan pada Unit Fleet, PT X. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 55 orang. Metode Sampling yang dipakai adalah Non- Probabability Sampling dengan Teknik Sampling Jenuh. Desain Penelitian adalah Kuantitatif dengan Metode Survei. Instrumen Pengumpulan Data adalah Kuesioner. Data diolah dengan SmartPLS versi 3 dan dianalisis dengan SEM-PLS. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja; Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; dan Motivasi Kerja Tidak Memediasi Pengaruh Insentif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.- Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of compensation on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance. The population in the study were all employees of the Fleet Unit, PT X. The research sample consisted of 55 people. The sampling method used is Non-Probabability Sampling with Saturated Sampling Technique. The research design is quantitative with survey methods. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire. Data were processed with SmartPLS version 3 and analyzed with SEM-PLS. The results of this research conclude that: Compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation; Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance; and Work Motivation Does Not Mediate the Effect of Incentives on Employee Performance.- Keywords: Compensation, Work Motivation, Employee Performance
