Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Berprestasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada bagian painting di PT. Hanken Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam melakukan penelitian, penyusun memberikan skala dengan menggunakan skala likert. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian painting pada PT. Hanken Indonesia yang berjumlah 45 orang sebagai sampel. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Non Probability sampling atau Sampling jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasil pada penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi berprestasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Berprestasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of achievement motivation and work discipline on employee performance in the painting section at PT. Hanken Indonesia. This research is included in the category of research using a quantitative approach. In conducting research, the authors provide a scale using a Likert scale. The population in this study were all employees of the painting section at PT. Hanken Indonesia, totaling 45 people as a sample. In this study, sampling using non-probability sampling or saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The results of the study show that achievement motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
