Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Peran Kepuasan Kerja pada Pengaruh Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Z. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 200 orang. Metode Sampling yang dipakai adalah Non- Probabability Sampling dan Teknik Sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling.Desain Penelitian adalah Kuantitatif dengan Metode Survei. Instrumen Pengumpulan Data adalah Kuesioner. Data diolah dengan SmartPLS versi 4 dan dianalisis dengan SEMPLS. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; dan Kepuasan Kerja Memediasi dengan Mediasi Sebagian pada Pengaruh Insentif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.- Kata Kunci: Insentif, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the Role of Job Satisfaction on the Effect of Incentives on Employee Performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Z. The research sample is 200 people. The Sampling method used is Non-Probabability Sampling and the Sampling Technique used is Purposive Sampling. Research Design is Quantitative with Survey Method. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire. Data were processed with SmartPLS version 4 and analyzed with PLS-SEM. The results of this study conclude that: Incentives have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; Incentives have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; and Job Satisfaction Mediates with Partial Mediation on the Effect of Incentives on Employee Performance.- Keywords: Incentives, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance
