Abstract

Proses perencanaan sistem informasi dalam rumah sakit merupakan salah satu poin penting yang harus dipersiapkan. RSKD Duren Sawit berusaha untuk mengembangkan pelayanan prima melalui perencanaan rancangan baru dari sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan perubahan lingkungan sekitar. RSKD Duren Sawit memiliki masalah pada bagian pendaftaran. Sistem Antrian Pasien ini di rancang bertujuan untuk mempermudah pasien serta memperbaiki metode manual yang di rasa kurang efisien dalam melakukan proses antri ide dari aplikasi ini adalah penyesuaian kebutuhan rumah sakit RSKD Duren Sawit dalam penanganan pasien dan meminimalisir kontak langsung antara pasien dengan petugas rumah sakit yang dimana saat ini sedang tinggi nya kenaikan dari virus covid-19 diharapkan dengan pembuatan dan pengembangan aplikasi ini dapat menjadi angin segar untuk meminimalisir dampak penyebaran dari virus tersebut akibat kontak langsung sistem antrian ini juga berfungsi untuk mempermudah operasional dan pemanggilan serta melakukan proses antrian. Penelitian ini membangun sistem informasi pendaftaran online pemeriksaan kesehatan berbasis website. Hasil uji coba pengguna dengan 30 responden yang terdiri dari administrator, dan pasien menunjukkan hasil “Sangat Layak” dengan presentase kelayakan 88,50%. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah sistem informasi pendaftaran online berbasis website yang dikembangkan sudah layak dan dapat membantu mempermudah proses pendaftaran pemeriksaan kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design and Creation, dalam buku Researching Information Systems and Computing yang menjelaskan bahwa Design and Creation merupakan penggabungan antara metodologi penelitian dan metodologi pengembangan aplikasi. RSKD Duren Sawit is trying to develop excellent service through a new planning of an information system that is in accordance with changes in the surrounding environment. RSKD Duren Sawit has a problem with registration. The Patient Queuing System is designed to make it easier for patients and to improve the manual method which is deemed inefficient in carrying out the queuing process. The idea of this application is to adjust the needs of the RSKD Duren Sawit hospital in handling patients and minimize direct contact where patients and hospital staff are currently while the high increase in the Covid-19 virus is expected by making and developing this application it can be a breath of fresh air to minimize the impact of the spread of the virus due to direct contact with the queuing system. This also functions to facilitate operations and calling and carrying out queuing processes. This study builds a website-based online health examination registration information system. The results of user trials with 30 respondents consisting of administrators and patients showed "Very Eligible" results with a feasibility percentage of 88.50%. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the developed website-based online registration information system is feasible and can help simplify the health examination registration process. This research uses the Design and Creation method, in the book Researching Information Systems and Computing which explains that Design and Creation is a combination of research methodology and application development methodology.
