Abstract
Pada situs Google Play menawarkan fitur komentar sebagai forum dimana pengguna dapat mengungkapkan pendapat mereka tentang aplikasi yang digunakan. Review yang diberikan juga terdiri dari berbagai jenis review, baik negatif maupun positif, yang nantinya akan mempengaruhi calon pengguna lainnya. Masalah penentuan ulasan komentar positife dan negative yang sering terlupakan karena banyaknya komentar pengguna Aplikasi setiap harinya, sehingga menurunnya peminat pelayanan jasa pengiriman.Menggunakan Algoritma Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machine , Logistic RegressionAnalisis Sentimen ulasan komentar pengguna Aplikasi Lalamove dengan skor f1- score sebesar 100% data training dan 88% Data yang akan dikelola merupakan data ulasan komentar pengguna Aplikasi Lalamove dari Google Play Store dengan variable data ulasan pengguna positif dan negatif sebanyak 3000 data. Kata Kunci : SVM, Naive Bayes, Logistic Regression, Lalamove, Analisis Sentimen The Google Play site offers a comment feature as a forum where users can express their opinions about the applications used. The reviews provided also consist of various types of reviews, both negative and positive, which will later influence other potential users. The problem of determining positive and negative comment reviews which are often forgotten because of the large number of application user comments every day, resulting in decreased interest in delivery services. Using the Naive Bayes Algorithm, Support Vector Machine, Logistic Regression Sentiment Analysis of Lalamove Application user comments with an f1 score of 100% training data and 88% of the data to be managed is data on user comments from the Lalamove Application from the Google Play Store with positive and negative user review data variables of 3000 data.
