Abstract

Dalam menghadapi persaingan usaha pertambangan yang semakin ketat, diperlukan adanya pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang layak untuk tidak meningggalkan aspek idiilnya, tidak hanya melalui penerapan konsep pengembangan dan pelatihan karyawan, setiap individu dalam organisasi harus mampu melihat visi dan misi yang kemudian ditunjang dengan penyusunan strategi taktik yang tepat sehingga mampu menciptakan resource advantage bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada fenomena penurunan kinerja karyawan yang terjadi di PT. Trimitra Sinergi Sakti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi dan sistem penghargaan terhadap kinerja karyawan Pasca Pandemi pada PT. Trimitra Sinergi Sakti. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis jalur dengan memakai software Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0 dengan jumlah populasi 38 responden dengan metode sampel jenuh. Hasil Penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta sistem penghargaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Disiplin kerja, motivasi, sistem penghargaan, kinerja karyawan. In facing increasingly fierce competition in the mining business, it is necessary to have proper human resource management so as not to abandon its ideal aspects, not only through the application of the concept of employee development and training, every individual in the organization must be able to see the vision and mission which are then supported by the preparation of strategic tactics. the right way so as to create a resource advantage for the company. This research focuses on the phenomenon of decreased employee performance that occurs at PT. Trimitra Sinergi Sakti. This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, motivation and reward systems on post-pandemic employee performance at PT. Trimitra Sinergi Sakti. The research design used is quantitative descriptive research. Methods This research was conducted by path analysis using Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) software version 3.0 with a population of 38 respondents with a saturated sample method. The research results prove that the variable of work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the variable of motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the reward system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
