Abstract
ABSTRAK Salah satu faktor penting dalam perawatan predictive maintenance sebuah mesin adalah dengan melakukan pengecekan getaran mesin secara rutin . Permasalahan yang terjadi pada PT.X adalah hasil dari pengambilan data getaran mesin di lapangan pada mesin IDF (Induced draft fan) menunjukan hasil yang upnormal. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut dibutuhkan analisa spectrum yang telah di ambil melalui alat di PT.X. Dari hasil analisa tersebut akan dijadikan acuan bagi mechanic untuk melakukan tindakan repair selanjutnya agar tidak terjadi kerusakan pada mesin IDF (Induced draft fan) sampai mengakibatkan terjadi trip unit pembangkit. Analisa spectrum kerusakan bantalan terlihat dari bentuk spectrum tinggi di 1X, 2X, 3X harmonik dan di zona A, B serta C dan D. Hasil perhitungan menunjukan frekuensi kerusakan bantalan yaitu frekuensi 8318 hampir sama dengan frekuensi pada alat vibration analyser yaitu sebesar 8138 yang mengindikasikan terjadinya kerusakan bantalan pada jenis BPFO ( Ball Pass Frekuensi Outer ). Setelah dilakukan pergantian bantalan nilai getaran turun secara signifikan. Kata kunci : predictive maintenance, induced draft fan, bantalan, spectrum, analisis ABSTARCT One important factor in the predictive maintenance of a machine is to check the vibration of the machine regularly. The problem that occurs in PT.X is the result of taking vibration data in the field on the IDF (Induced draft fan) machine showing upnormal results. To solve this problem, spectrum analysis is needed which has been taken through the tools at PT.X. From the results of the analysis will be used as a reference for the mechanic to take further repair actions to avoid damage to the engine IDF (Induced draft fan) to result in a trip unit generator. Analysis of bantalan damage spectrum can be seen from the form of high spectrum in 1X, 2X, 3X harmonic and in zones A, B and C and D. Calculation results show the frequency of bearing damage that is 8318 frequency is almost the same as the frequency in the vibration analyzer tool that is equal to 8138 which indicates the occurrence of damage bearing on BPFO (Outer Frequency Ball Pass) type.
