Abstract

ABSTRAK Analisis Perbandingan Biaya dan Mutu Pagar Proyek Daur Ulang (PPDU) Dengan Pagar Proyek Zincalume (Studi Kasus Proyek X Di Jakarta), Egar Albert Sugianto, 41116310054, Yopi Lutfiansyah, ST, MT., 2020. Pagar proyek adalah pagar yang didirikan pada lahan proyek untuk batas pengaman proyek selama masa pelaksanaan proyek, menurut Perda DKI No.7 Tahun 1991 pagar proyek harus memerhatikan keamanan dan keserasian terhadap sekitarnya serta memiliki ketinggian minimal 2.5 meter. Biaya pemasangan pagar proyek memerlukan biaya yang relatif tinggi pada proyek yang memiliki perimeter area yang panjang. Pagar Proyek biasanya menggunakan material zincalume dan sering menjadi permasalahan limbah konstruksi karena materialnya yang tidak tahan lama, hal ini menyebabkan munculnya inovasi Pagar Proyek Daur Ulang (PPDU). Dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan perbandingan biaya dan mutu diantara kedua material tersebut dengan melakukan analisa biaya sesuai dengan analisa biaya kontraktor dan menyebarkan 2 tahap kuesioner mengenai perbandingan mutu kepada pakar dan responden yang merupakan karyawan kontraktor yang terbiasa menggunakan PPDU. Hasil kuisioner yang didapatkan akan dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan software statistik serta analisis data relative importance index (RII). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah biaya total yang diperlukan untuk PPDU Rp.1.097.864.515 dan biaya total yang diperlukan untuk pagar proyek zincalume Rp. 980.546.545 dimana PPDU lebih mahal Rp. 117.317.979 atau 10.68%. dengan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap perbandingan mutu PPDU dengan Zincalume ialah Fitur (0.860), Daya Tahan (0.851), Estetika (0.850), Kehandalan (0.797), Kinerja (0.737). Sehingga secara biaya pagar proyek zincalume lebih efektif sedangkan secara mutu PPDU lebih efektif digunakan. Kata Kunci : Pagar Proyek Daur Ulang (PPDU), Zincalume, Perbandingan, Biaya, Mutu,. The project fence usually uses zincalume material and is often a problem of construction waste because the material that cannot be reused is causing the emergence of recycling project fence innovations. In this research the authors did a comparison of the cost and quality between the two materials by conducting cost analysis in accordance with the analysis of the cost of contractors and spreading 2 stages of the questionnaire on the comparison of quality between the two materials to experts and respondents who are employees of PT. Wika Gedung as a contractor. The results of the questionnaire obtained will be carried out the validity and reliability test using SPSS-version 25 software as well as the analysis of Relative importance index (RII) data. Result of this research is the total cost required for PPDU Rp. 1.097.864.515 and the total cost required to fence Zincalume project Rp. 980,546,545 where PPDU more expensive Rp. 117,317,979 or more expensive 10.68%. With the most influential variables on the quality comparison of PPDU with Zincalume is features (0860), durability (0851), Aesthetics (0850), Reliability (0797), Performance (0737).
