Abstract
The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of workers' performance in carrying out Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the department responsible for receiving and inspecting merchandise at The Foodhall Senayan City. Efficiency, consistency, minimizing mistakes, issue solutions, and limiting defense are the seven basic features of this sort of qualitative descriptive research, which employs statistical process control (SPC) as a measurement instrument. Five people participated in the research: a branch manager, an accepting supervisor, and three accepting staff members. Ways for gathering data based on in-person interviews, direct observation, and documentation used as a guide for hiring employees. In this case, the author uses Statistical Process Control (SPC) on the Attribute Control Chart, namely the use of the P-Chart as a measuring tool for checking the quality control of goods, and the implementation of the Seven Main Things in the SOP is used to deepen the search for solving problems that cannot be explained using numbers. Based on the results of analysis using statistical process control (SPC) in the 2022 period, the average reversal rate is 0.02, which indicates that the LCL is close to 0 or zero defect. Meanwhile, using the Implementation of the Seven Main Things in the SOP in the Merchandise Inspection / Receiving Department at The Foodhall Senayan City, it can be seen that the implementation of the seven main things there are still shortcomings; these shortcomings are in minimizing errors and work maps, labor protection, and defense limits. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektifitas kinerja karyawan dalam menjalankan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang terjadi pada Department Merchandise Inspection / Receiving di The Foodhall Senayan City. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengacu pada Statistical Process Control (SPC) sebagai instrumen pengukuran, dan menggunakan Implementasi Tujuh Hal Pokok dalam SOP yang meliputi efisiensi, konsistensi, meminimalisasi kesalahan, penyelesaian masalah, dan batasan pertahanan. Lima orang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini: Branch Manager, Supervisor Receiving, Tiga Staff Receiving. Teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan observasi langsung, wawancara dan dokumen-dokumen yang diterapkan sebagai acuan prosedur kerja karyawan receiving. Dalam hal ini penulis menggunakan Statistical Process Control (SPC) pada Peta Kendali Atribut yaitu penggunaan P-Chart sebagai alat ukur pengecheckan Quality Control barang, dan Implementasi Tujuh Hal Pokok dalam SOP digunakan untuk memperdalam pencarian penyelesaian masalah yang tidak dapat dijelaskan menggunakan angka. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan Statistical Process Control (SPC) pada periode 2022 tingkat reversal ratarata sebesar 0,02 yang dimana menunjukkan mendekati LCL sebesar 0 atau zero difect. Sedangkan penggunaan Implementasi Tujuh Hal Pokok dalam SOP pada bagian Department Merchandise Inspection / Receiving di The Foodhall Senayan City ini, dapat diketahui bahwa dalam pelaksanaan dari tujuh hal pokok tersebut masih ada yang kurang, kekurangan tersebut terdapat pada meminimalisasi kesalahan, peta kerja, perlindungan tenaga kerja, dan batasan pertahanan.
