Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Warehouse Distributor Center Jakarta 01 PT, Indomarco Prismatama. Pengukuran variable menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Warehouse Distributor Center Jakarta 01 PT. Indomarco Prismatama sebanyak 80 orang. Metode penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau sampling sensus, dimana semua anggota popuasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi perpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Beban Kerja, Kinerja Kayawan. This study aims to determine the Influence of Leadership Style, Compensation and Workload on Employee Performance of Warehouse Distributor Center Jakarta 01 PT, Indomarco Prismatama. Variable measurement using Likert scale. The population of this research is all employees of Warehouse Distributor Center Jakarta 01 PT. Indomarco Prismatama as many as 80 people. The sampling method in this study uses saturation side techniques or census sampling, where all members of the popuasi are sampled. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection method uses the survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this study uses Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling where the data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) program version 3.0. The results of this study show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Workload has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Compensation, Workload, Employee Performance.
