Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of location, service quality and price perception on the decision to use delivery services. This research uses a causal quantitative research method with the independent variables location (X1), service quality (X2), and price perception (X3) and the dependent variable is the service usage decision (Y). Primary data was collected in this research by means of observation and questionnaires to the people of Tangerang. This data analysis used software (smart-PLS) version 4.0 PLS (Partial Least Square).. The results of this study stated that. Location variables have a significant positive effect on usage decisions, service quality has a significant positive effect on usage decisions, and price perceptions have a significant positive effect on usage decisions. Keywords: Location, Service Quality, Price perception, Service Usage Decision Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lokasi, Kualitas Layanan dan Persepsi Harga terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa pengiriman . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif kausal dengan variabel independen lokasi (X1), kualitas pelayanan (X2), dan Persepsi harga (X3) dan variabel dependennya adalaha keputusan penggunaan jasa (Y). Pengumpulan data primer dalam penelitian ini dengan cara observasi dan kuesioner kepada masyarakat Tangerang. Pada analisis data ini menggunakan software(smart-PLS) versi 4.0 PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa. variabel lokasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keputusan penggunaan, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keputusan penggunaan, dan persepsi harga berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keputusan penggunaan.
