Abstract

Satu di antara banyaknya sebuah alasan untuk bekerja yaitu untuk mendapatkan karir. Tetapi diantara setiap orang memiliki karir yang berbeda-beda. Dan dalam perjalanan karir seseorang terdapat beberapa hambatan. Terkait faktor yang dapat menghambat karir seseorang diantaranya adalah dorongan seorang pemimpin,kurangnya motivasi, dan rasa nyaman di dalam lingkungan kerja pada suatu perusahaan. Maka itu penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Otoriter, Motivasi, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar Cabang Bogor Barat. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 40 karyawan di PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar Cabang Bogor Barat. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Model-Parial Least Square (SEMPLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan otoriter memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar Cabang Bogor Barat. One of the many reasons to work is to get a career. But everyone has a different career. And in one's career path there are several obstacles. Related factors that can hinder a person's career include the encouragement of a leader, lack of motivation, and a sense of comfort in the work environment at a company. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of authoritarian leadership, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT Permodalan Nasional MadaniMekaar, West Bogor Branch. The sample of this research was 40 employees at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar, West Bogor Branch. The data collection method uses a survey, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. This study uses the Structural Equation Model-Parial Least Square (SEMPLS) data analysis technique. This research proves that authoritarian leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work environment not have a significant effect on employee performance PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar, West Bogor Branch.
