Abstract
Agar dapat memberikan pelayanan dan maksimal, organisasi perlu melakukan pembenahan kinerja untuk mencapai sebuah tingkat kepuasan dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap setiap perangkat desa. Pembenahan ini dapat dilakukan melalui faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, fasilitas kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja perangkat di Desa Sigeblog, Banjarnegara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang dengan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, dengan begitu populasi yang ada dijadikan sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja, Fasilitas Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Administratif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja. In order to provide maximum service, organizations need to improve their performance to achieve a level of community satisfaction and trust in each village apparatus. This improvement can be done through factors that influence its performance. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of work discipline, work facilities and leadership style on equipment performance in Sigeblog Village, Banjarnegara. The population in this study was 100 people with the sampling technique used was saturated sampling, so the existing population was used as a sample. The data collection method uses a survey method with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is Partial Least Square. The results of this research show that Work Discipline, Work Facilities and Administrative Leadership Style have a significant positive effect on Performance.
