Abstract
This research was conducted to analyze the effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL) as the independent variable (X1), Return On Asset (ROA) as the independent variable (X2), and Firm Size as the independent variable (X3) on the value of the Company Proxied by Price Book Value (PBV) as the dependent variable (Y). The population of this research are banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique and the total sample was 34 companies. The data analysis method used in this research is panel data regression. The results of this research are that NPL, ROA and company size have a negative influence on company value. Keyword: Non Performing Loan (NPL), Return On Aset (ROA), Firm size, Firm Value (PBV) Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari Non Performing Loan (NPL) sebagai variabel bebas (X1), Return On Asset (ROA) sebagai variabel bebas (X2), dan Ukuran Perusahaan sebagai variabel bebas (X3) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Price Book Value (PBV) sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan total sampel sebanyak 34 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini adalah NPL, ROA dan Ukuran Perusahaan memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan.
