Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam setiap organisasi, baik itu instansi pemerintah, perusahaan maupun organisasi lainnya. Manajemen sumber daya manusia berperan penting dalam perusahaan untuk mencapai suatu tujuan perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu, demi tercapainya tujuan perusahaan maka perlu diperhatikan disiplin karyawan, motivasi karyawan, dan pelatihan demi meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 117 orang karyawan PT. vOffice. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling yang mengambil sampel berjumlah 50 orang dengan kriteria karyawan tetap PT. vOffice. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Human resources are very important in every organization, be it government agencies, companies or other organizations. Human resource management plays an important role in the company to achieve a company goal. Therefore, in order to achieve company goals, it is necessary to pay attention to employee discipline, employee motivation, and training in order to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This type of research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were 117 employees of PT. vOffice. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling who took a sample of 50 people with the criteria of permanent employees of PT. vOffice. In this study the authors used a method of collecting data using a survey method with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study isPartial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
