Abstract

Construction projects are a series of activities that aim to build a building with limited resources and planned time and the project must have a good project management scope. The purpose of this research is to control the cost and schedule of the project in an integrated and efficient manner on the JCDC (Jakarta Child Development Center) building construction project. The method used is the Earned Value method by collecting data in the field on the JCDC (Jakarta Child Development Center) building construction project. Supporting data is needed to complete this research, consisting of primary data and secondary data, primary data, namely RAB, Time Schedule / S curve, Progress Report, with secondary data using journals and literature studies. After the data is collected completely, data processing with a sequence of earned value method calculations, cost and time performance measurements can be CV, SV, CPI, and SPI. The results obtained from this study are cost performance and time performance. In the 30th week the realization of project progress reached 96.59%, but based on the data the project progress should have reached 100%, which means that the project has a delay of 3.41%. then the value (SPI <1) which means the project is running slower than planned. The results of the final calculation in week 30 of the actual costs incurred were Rp. 6,470,724,460 and the total cost of the work weight obtained was Rp. 6,461,804,128, on the realized and actual costs occurred minus Rp. -8,920,332 then the value (CPI <1). Poor performance during the reporting period indicates that the contractor is not good at managing time and costs during the construction period. Keywords: Cost and time control, Project performance, Earned Value Proyek konstruksi merupakan rangkaian kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah bangunan dengan sumber daya yang terbatas serta waktu yang telah direncanakan dan proyek harus memiliki lingkup manajemen proyek yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengendalikan biaya dan jadwal proyek secara terpadu dan efesien pada proyek pembangunan gedung JCDC (Jakarta Child Development Center). Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Earned Value dengan pengumpulan data di lapangan pada proyek pembangunan gedung JCDC (Jakarta Child Development Center). Diperlukan data penunjang untuk melengkapi penelitian ini, terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder, data primer yaitu RAB, Time Schedule / kurva S, Progress Report, dengan data sekunder menggunakan jurnal dan studi pustaka. Setelah data terkumpul lengkap, pengolahan data dengan urutan perhitungan metode nilai hasil (earned value), pengukuran kinerja biaya dan waktu di dapat CV, SV, CPI, dan SPI. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah kinerja biaya dan kinerja waktu. Pada minggu ke-30 realisasi kemajuan proyek mencapai 96,59%, namun berdasarkan data seharusnya kemajuan proyek mencapai 100%, yang berarti proyek mengalami keterlambatan sebesar 3,41%. maka nilai (SPI<1 ) yang berarti proyek berjalan lebih lambat dari yang direncanakan. Hasil pada perhitungan akhir pada minggu ke 30 biaya aktual yang dikeluarkan Rp. 6.470.724.460 dan total biaya dari bobot pekerjaan yang didapatkan sebesar Rp. 6.461.804.128 pada biaya realisasi dan aktual terjadi minus Rp. - 8.920.332 maka nilai (CPI<1). Kinerja yang buruk pada masa pelaporan mengindikasikan kontraktor kurang baik untuk mengatur waktu dan biaya selama masa konstruksi.
